In 2020, our current owner, vennessia johnson purchased the company and began expanding into Washington state. She brings two decades of experience in law enforcement and investigations. Her career in investigations was specifically focused on real estate agents, appraisers, and property managers. This offers her a unique perspective in owner and tenant needs.
